Hello everyone!! Today I will show you some of the new products from Essence that I have bought recently. :D
From The nude collection I bought the 05 Pure soul. It's a delicate nude-milky nail polish with little red shimmers. It's not so pigmented so you have to apply 2 or 3 coats for full coverage. There are also two other collection: I love trends and The pastels.
Another new entry is the foil effect nail polish. I have the 30 lady mermaid that has a vivid blue color, but there was also another one in the shade of green 29 i don't need money, honey. This last one is also very cute but it was already sold. I hope to find it next time I go to the store.
From the spring collection Like a unforgettable kiss I chose only one: the 01 nothing but lovestoned because I have already similar nail polishes. Actually I wanted to buy the Catrice nail polish in similar shade but it was sold out so I took the Essence.
There were also some new top coats: the sand effect, the gradient effect and the satin matt. The one that caught my eye was the satin matt. I have already try it and I like the finish. The sand effect top coat looks also interesting maybe I will buy it in future too.
As you maybe already know the colour&go collection has been replaced by the new Gel nail polish collection. There are also new gel base coat and top coat that I am curious to try. :D
For now I have bought only one gel nail polish and it's 25 Prince charming it's a nice green with shimmers inside.
I also bought the aceton free nail polish remover, the studio nails file and a magnet.
I like this nail polish remover and I have bought it a lot of time. It removes the nail polish pretty well (but for glitters I prefer to use the aceton nail polish remover). The magnet was on sale so I decided to buy it even if I am not very good at magnetic manicure... I don't know why but the magnetic design doesn't appear... I wonder what I am doing wrong. :(
The Studio nails file it's a 2 in 1 file: the black for shorten and the grey for buffer the nails. Actually I was searching for a buffer or a file with a higher grit. I use ti to smooth the nails surface if they have some scratches.
There are also a few non nail related items: two new brushes (for eyeshadow and blending brush) and one eyeshadow 01 Vanilla sugar.

DeleteNice haul!! I have Pure Soul and I really like it ! I also bought the Gel look top coat recently and I like that one too! My manicure stayed on for a few days without any chips and it also dried fast :)

DeleteBeautiful collection you picked up :) I am so confused with how they replaced colour&go, are these new ones *really* gels? Or apply the same way but are gel effect? I use the same remover too, it's the best thing I can get around here and its not bad huh :) LOVE the green you picked up! xx
ReplyDeleteThese are nail polishes with gel look. At the beginning I was also confused about the gel top coat and base... but they don't need the UV lamp.

Essence would get so much of my money if they'd send more products here. :) The unforgettable kiss display did make it to a few stores, so I grabbed those--now just need to find the time to try them!

Mi posso ritenere fortunata perché nei giorni in cui mi sono imbattuta nei nuovi prodotti Essence non ero in vena di acquisti... Finché durerà... ;)
ReplyDeleteIo ero andata in negozio con l'intenzione di comprare solo il gel top caat, la base e il foil... e poi si sono "casualmente" aggiunti anche gli altri prodotti... :P

ReplyDeleteU Srbiji još nije došla ta The gel kolekcija, ali sam videla da je rasprodata ona colour&go, tako da verujem da će uskoro. A ove četkice mislim da neće ni dolaziti. :( Imamo samo onu roze i ljubičastu za puder i rumenilo, i to sa kratkom drškom.
Kad sam ja tražila te kistove jedva sam ih pronašla.. ali vidim da ih sada ima po dućanima.... Možda će i kod tebe stići u zakašnjenju...
